We want you to love your sparkling water maker, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety regulations and can only be returned if the tamper seal is intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring the sparkling water maker and any accessories are protected.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
